Automation Engineer Technician

Our Waukesha County client are looking for SEVERAL Automation Technicians on ALL SHIFTS!

Duties:

  • Responsible for date to date efficiencies of automated equipment.
  • Support production on multiple shifts to address any downtime, equipment malfunction or product testing errors.
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance programs and documentation associated with these activities.
  • Responsible for equipment design input, fabrication and installation.
  • Work with engineering and management to build and maintain a spare parts inventory for new and existing equipment.
  • Provide in-depth machine control programming for automation equipment and quality inspection processes, including support for existing equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge about hydraulics/pneumatics, and other electro-mechanical systems, motors and linear actuators.
  • Develop, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing processes, with emphasis on standardized work.
  • Work closely with other departments to develop, coordinate and implement technical training for employees.

Schedule's are as followed:

1st shift: 6:45a - 3:15p

2nd shift: 2:45p - 11:15p

3rd shift: 10:45p - 7:15a
