Yes, we have many clients who use us to find employees to fill permanent positions.
Where are the jobs located?
We have positions in the areas surrounding Hartford, Menomonee Falls, West Bend, Beaver Dam, Mayville, and Hartland to name a few. In the interview we discuss your preferences and willingness to travel.
Will you find me a job right away?
Your application will be placed in our active file right away and we will begin our search according to your needs.
How long does it take to apply?
Usually 30 minutes to one hour for the entire process.
What is the process to apply?
It’s easy. Just call us to arrange an interview at your convenience. Complete our application, Interview with one of our friendly Placement Representatives. Your application will then be activated for future job opportunities.
Why do I need to complete an application?
We want to make sure you are serious about a job. We don’t send anyone to our company clients without an interview at our office first. We like to get to know you and your skills so that we might find the job you have been searching for in a company that needs someone with your skill set.
Is there a fee?
There is never a fee or charge to our applicants.
What is an employment service?
Boyd Hunter Employment Service is a place where good, qualified candidates are introduced to great companies.
Commonly used for managerial, professional and highly skilled technical personnel, this placement option utilizes Boyd Hunter’s recruiting and screening process, yet allows the candidate to be employed immediately with your company.
Temporary to Hire
This placement is most common type with our client businesses in order to observe our employees in action and decide whether they fit well into the environment and position prior to hiring. It’s easy and the employee may be hired at the customer’s convenience any time after 520 hours (approximately 90 days).
There are times when your company will experience the need for temporary staffing; in times of peak production, seasonal employment, medical leaves, and more. Boyd Hunter can provide employees to fit these short term demands. As in our temporary to hire placements, we assume all expenses of employee overhead.
