Our Hartford area client is looking for an Office Manager.

Essential functions include but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Customer Service/Order Processing
  • Experience with answering and directing calls
  • Contact vendors
  • Possibly follow-up past due accounts
  • Purchasing/Inventory Management
  • Human Resources
  • Payroll

 

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

 

Qualifications

Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
