Our Hartford area client is looking for an Office Manager.
Essential functions include but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (QuickBooks preferred)
- Customer Service/Order Processing
- Experience with answering and directing calls
- Contact vendors
- Possibly follow-up past due accounts
- Purchasing/Inventory Management
- Human Resources
This position is Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
